Michael Welz founded dotparc as a subsidiary of WERTHOLZ Holding and has since established IT as a key success factor. Under his continuous leadership, dotparc evolved from an internal modernization project within the WERTHOLZ Group into an independent IT architect supporting companies from a wide range of industries in their digital transformation.

A graduate engineer in telematics from Graz University of Technology and characterized by international assignments – including as a student volunteer at trade fairs in the US and Europe – Michael Welz combines in-depth technical expertise with global experience. His multilingual skills (English and Italian) and broad network enable dotparc to respond flexibly and precisely to the challenges of the digital world.

Since 2023, dotparc has been part of WELZ Capital GmbH – a milestone that further reinforces our innovative approach. While the WERTHOLZ Group remains a customer, dotparc is now independent and operates as an independent IT architect.
